The bulletin was published from February 2001 to June 2007. It covered various practical aspects of DX radio reception, such as listeners' loggings, QSL verifications, online reference resources. A total of 173 English language editions were produced. I had to give it up due to the lack of time; and in addition, a survey revealed that such format of an electronic newsletter was gradually becoming a thing of the past, giving way to the hot DX news that come from electronic forums and social media.
