I would like to know about Lloyd Griffiths, Bill Gibbs and Ivan Guard and if they are still around?

I’ve lost track of Ivan and Lloyd, but Billy is still around and will be at the 40th Anniversary.
With regards to Lloyd and Ivan. I have learnt that Lloyd passed away in the early nineties. (ref The Shoestring Pirates 1994 edition) I think Ivan lived on the Barrier.
Ivan Guard, probably one of the greatest 500 players ever, lived on Great Barrier Island.

My wife is Diane Wilson. Her biological father was Lloyd Griffiths, the Tiri Skipper. My wife’s mother,Doris, lived with Lloyd on Waiheke Island on a houseboat. My wife was born in 1949 after a liaison between Lloyd and Doris.
She has just turned 74. Both Lloyd and Doris are on a different journey. Lloyd lived with Diane until his death in the early 90s of cancer. Doris died in 2013 of dementia in Feilding.
